These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (the client) and Annette Beckham trading as Asria and Elarion Resonance. They are designed to ensure clarity, mutual respect, and protection for both parties.

By accessing this website, booking any service, or joining The Frequency Collective, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

1. Services & Scope

Asria provides intuitive, energetic, and spiritual services for personal and spiritual development. These include, but are not limited to:

• Galactic DNA Readings — identification of star lineages and frequency signatures

• Scholars Transmissions — channeled guidance from The Scholars

• Integration Sessions — follow-up support for embodying insights

• The Frequency Collective — monthly membership community with live transmissions and group work

• Energy recalibration and frequency work

• Educational materials including books, digital courses, audio content, and PDFs

These offerings are intended to support your spiritual journey. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

Elarion Resonance provides services in a respectful and professional manner and does not unlawfully discriminate in the provision of services, in line with applicable UK equality legislation.

2. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

​

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session or programme.
• Cancellations with 24+ hours notice may be rescheduled once at no charge, subject to availability. Subsequent cancellations forfeit the session unless exceptional circumstances apply.
• Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. In exceptional cases, Asria may offer to reschedule at her discretion.
• All packages or multi-session programmes are non-transferable and must be used within the agreed timeframe, unless otherwise arranged in writing.

3. Refund Policy

​

All of Asria’s services—whether sessions, programmes, or digital content—are energetically tailored, time-based, and delivered with full presence and preparation.

​

As such, no refunds will be offered once a service has commenced, been accessed, or delivered.

​

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are ready to engage with the work before purchasing. If you are unsure which service is right for you, please email asriabeckham@gmail.com with your questions before booking.

Cancellations with 24+ hours notice may be rescheduled once at no charge, subject to availability. Subsequent cancellations forfeit the session unless exceptional circumstances apply.

​4. Confidentiality & Client Responsibility

​

All sessions are held in confidence and within a sacred, energetically safe space. Information shared will not be disclosed to any third party, except as required by law.

By booking a service, you confirm that you:
• Are 18 years of age or older
• Are engaging with the service voluntarily and in good faith
• Accept full responsibility for your emotional, spiritual, and practical integration of any information or energetic transmission received.

If it is discovered that a client is under 18 years of age, services will be immediately terminated without refund. Parents or guardians booking on behalf of individuals under 18 must provide written consent and accept full responsibility for their participation.

5. Use of Digital Content

​

All digital materials provided by Asria — including PDFs, course content, recordings, and transmissions — are for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be copied, distributed, shared, or republished without prior written permission.

Asria's Recordings: Sessions may be recorded by Asria for client review purposes only. Recordings are provided for personal use and may not be shared, distributed, or republished. Annette Beckham trading as Asria retains copyright of all session content.

Client Recording of Sessions: Clients may NOT record (audio or video), screenshot, or capture any portion of individual sessions without express written permission obtained prior to the session. Unauthorized recording will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

If permission is granted, recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose.

​

Group & Community Content: Recording, screenshotting, or capturing any portion of live group sessions, community calls, or private spaces (including The Frequency Collective) is strictly prohibited without express written permission. This protects the privacy and confidentiality of all participants.

Digital Materials: All digital materials provided — including PDFs, course content, and teachings — are for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be copied, distributed, shared, or republished without prior written permission.

Violation of these recording and content policies may result in immediate removal from services without refund.

 

Technical Issues

In the event of technical difficulties preventing service delivery (internet outage, platform failure, etc.), Asria will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative access. No refunds will be issued for technical issues outside of Asria's control.

6. International Clients

​

Asria serves clients worldwide. All services are provided in English and governed by UK law. Clients outside of the UK are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own local laws regarding the receipt of spiritual or intuitive services.

7. Website Usage & Intellectual Property

​

All content on this website — including text, graphics, images, video, audio, session recordings, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Annette Beckham trading as Asria and Elarion Resonance, unless otherwise stated.

Prohibited Actions: You may not, without express written permission:

• Reproduce, copy, or duplicate any content

• Distribute, share, or republish materials

• Use content for commercial purposes

• Remove or alter copyright notices

Enforcement: Violation of these intellectual property rights may result in:

• Immediate termination of services and access without refund

Fair Use: Clients may share brief quotes (50 words or less) with proper attribution for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any sharing of session content, recordings, or teachings requires prior written consent.

All services offered through Elarion Resonance — including galactic DNA readings, channeled transmissions, frequency work, The Frequency Collective membership, and all guidance or mentoring — are spiritual and energetic in nature. By booking or participating in any service, you confirm that you:

Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asria (Annette Beckham trading as Asria) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or website content.

9. Payment Methods & Currency

All payments are processed in GBP (£) via Wix Payments/ Paypal. International clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider.

10.  Updates to These Terms

Asria reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

THE FREQUENCY COLLECTIVE — Membership Terms & Participation Policy

​

The Frequency Collective is a private, high-frequency community space created for conscious souls seeking to integrate, share, and expand multidimensional awareness together. By joining, you agree to uphold the energetic and practical integrity of the group.

​

Membership & Billing:

• Monthly membership is £44/month, billed automatically on the same date each month

• Your first payment secures access for the current billing cycle

• Membership continues until you choose to cancel

 

Cancellation:

• You may cancel at any time by contacting asriabeckham@gmail.com

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

• Monthly contributions are non-refundable once paid, as your energetic place is reserved for that cycle

• Access and replay availability continue through the end of your paid period

 

What's Included:

• Monthly live transmission and frequency recalibration sessions

• Group Q&A and teaching

• Private community space for integration between sessions

• Replay access to all sessions (where available)

 

Participation Guidelines:

• This community is for mutual respect, learning, and soul connection

• Confidentiality is essential — what is shared within the circle stays within the circle

• No promotion, unsolicited messaging, or energy work on others without consent

• Please attend with an open heart, grounded presence, and honour for the space and others

• Cameras on during live sessions are encouraged but optional

 

Content Use:

• All session recordings, teachings, and community content are for personal use only

• Content may not be shared, distributed, or republished without written permission

• You retain copyright of anything you personally share; Elarion Resonance retains copyright of all facilitated content

 

Recording & Privacy Protection:

• Recording, screenshotting, or capturing any portion of live sessions or community content is strictly prohibited

• This protects the confidentiality and privacy of all members

• Only Asria may record sessions for replay purposes; these recordings are for member access only and may not be downloaded, shared, or redistributed

• Violation results in immediate removal from The Frequency Collective without refund

 

Community Standards:

• Elarion Resonance reserves the right to pause or remove participation if boundaries, confidentiality, or respect are compromised

• Removal from the community for violations results in immediate loss of access without refund
